How do I care for my jewlery?
Most pieces are made to be worn daily- however we advise removing jewelry before swimming, sleeping, showering, and exercising. Sterling silver often may tarnish with time and wear- when tarnishing occurs, you can rub your metal with a polishing cloth, purchased here, or you may dip your piece in Tarn-X, available at most grocery stores. Be careful when dipping your piece, DO NOT dip stones, and always rinse with clean water and pat dry after dipping. To generally clean your jewelry, use a gentle soap and clean using a soft brush. Rinse soap off with warm water and dry with a lint free cloth.
Can my jewelry be repaired?
Repairs are usually possible. Repair charges are determined on a piece-by-piece basis and will be quoted before the job is started. It is expected that the customer pays the shipping costs.
How is my jewelry packaged for shipping?
Your jewelry is packed in small carboard boxes made from recycled paper. These boxes are packed into a plastic-free recyclable padded mailer, made from cardboard and paper.
I live in Baltimore, can I pick up my order in person?
Local pick-ups are offered to Baltimore residents. If we will be at a local show, pieces can be picked-up at our booth, but only if this is scheduled ahead of time. If there are no upcoming events, please contact us to arrange a time and place for pick-up.
Can I order a custom piece?
