Shipping
We do our very best to always ship in a prompt and timely manor. Our shipments go out within one week of your order being placed. If you require rushed shipping, please send an email and we will do our very best to expedite. Vacation and delays will be noted in the announcement bar on the main page.

If you live in Baltimore and would like to pick up in person, use code PICKUP at check out to waive shipping fees. Please email to coordinate a pick up time and location.
not seeing the perfect piece?
Commissions
Customs and commissions are taken on a case by case basis. Feel free to inquire, but MCD does not specialize in custom work. If you see an existing piece in the shop that you want recreated with a different stone or in a different size, we are happy to chat and come up with a design.
broken jewelry?
Repairs
It happens! Sometimes our jewelry breaks and we need it fixed. MCD does not repair any jewelry created by another jeweler. If a MCD piece breaks, please inquire via our contact form. Repair costs vary on a case by case basis.
tarnished or dirty?
How to Clean Your Jewelry
If your jewelry is looking grubby or dull, put a dab of dish soap on an old toothbrush and scrub away, your piece will shine right up. If it is looking brown or black, it may be tarnished. If that is the case, you can purchase a polishing cloth or dip your piece in Tarn-X to clean it up (follow the instructions on the bottle) *please note, you should never dip stones in Tarn-X*
